We have therefore ensured that the process of paying for your treatment is straight forward and affordable, whether you are self-paying or using private medical insurance.
It’s not necessary to have medical insurance to enjoy the benefits of private treatment, and many people choose to fund the cost of their treatment themselves, especially as Private healthcare can be more affordable than you might think.
Self-Pay
If you decide this is the most appropriate way for you, you can either pay the full cost upfront prior to your treatment or break the cost down into manageable payments spread over a series of months, in conjunction with the hospital where you decide to have your treatment.
Oaklands Hospital Patients
The Oakland hospital self pay team will be able to provide you with their ‘Total-Care’ all-inclusive package costs and answer any questions. If you choose The Oaklands, then Ramsay Health can also help you spread the cost of your treatment over several months through their finance partners. They offer a range of payment plans from 0% APR interest free credit.
Alexandra Hospital Patients
You can contact the Alexandra hospital’s self-pay team and they will be able to provide you with their inclusive treatment costs as well as a step-by-step guide. They have a 0% interest credit facility to spread any costs over a year, or alternatively you can choose a longer period should that suit you better.
Private Health Insurance
If you would like to use your private health insurance to be seen by Mr Saunders, please contact us, as well as your health insurance company.
We are registered with all major health insurers. Please contact us so that we can liaise with your insurer, to ensure that the process of accessing your policy and arranging consultation & treatment is as smooth as possible. Your condition will need to be covered by your health insurance policy, and we will be able to provide you with corresponding procedure codes if required by your insurer.
